INGREDIENTS

FourSide Jar

3 C	seeded watermelon
1 C	frozen strawberries
1 C	frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp	fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Smoothie” and serve.

VARIATIONS

For a thinner drink, replace frozen berries with fresh berries and ensure the berries and watermelon are chilled before blending.

Gearing up for Valentine’s Day? Here’s a yummy and nutritious twist on the classic Valentine chocolate and strawberries. It makes a great punctuation mark for the end of your day. Relax, romanticize, and indulge.

1.7 oz chocolate flavored protein powder

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup nonfat milk, soy or almond milk

Ice to taste

Place all ingredients into your Blendtec blender and blend well. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Your experience may be different depending on local conditions and you may need to adjust certain recipes to have more or less ice, and higher or lower portions of fruits and vegetables or other ingredients. For example, if a drink is too thick to blend adequately, try reducing the ice a little and replacing the ice with a little water or other liquid.
