Sweet Potato Soup Recipe For The Blendtec Blender

| 1 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | medium onion, roughly chopped |
| 1 clove | garlic, roughly chopped |
| 2 | medium sweet potatoes, baked |
| 3 C | chicken broth |
| 1 C | low-fat milk |
| ¼ tsp | dried oregano |
| ¼ tsp | ground cumin |
| 1/8 tsp | ground black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Add oil to sauté pan and cook onions and garlic over medium heat until tender. Remove skin from baked sweet potatoes. Add broth, milk, seasonings, sauteed onions and garlic and baked sweet potatoes to jar and secure lid. Select “Soups” and serve.
