Here’s a yummy addition to your Super Bowl snack table.  Your Blendtec Total Blender blends it up quick and with perfect consistency.  Serve with your favorite crackers for a fabulous (and somewhat healthy) snack.

• 1 cup nonfat sour cream or yogurt
• 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
• 1 package Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed above. Secure lid and press button #4.
